This clinic’s aim is to teach the basic fundamentals of boxing, including punches, footwork, agility and cardiovascular conditioning. Through a series of partner and class drills you will learn the sweet science of boxing in a comfortable group setting. This clinic also includes informative training on how to properly stretch and warm the body up for optimal performance
