34th Annual Jamaica Pond Lantern Parade

Spontaneous Celebrations hosting BSO on Sunday of Lantern Parade (Oct. 22nd)


"With BSO in Residence," the Boston Symphony Orchestra has launched an initiative to support collaboration with surrounding communities. The program 's first neighborhood of focus is Jamaica Plain, where BSO players will participate in community events for the next three years."

Spontaneous Celebrations, the Curley School and Friends of Jamaica Pond welcome all to the BSO-JP Engagement  Party on Sunday October 22nd

4pm.  Concert at the Curley School, 493 Centre St. JP followed by a reception at 5pm   


6.30-7.30pm  Jamaica Pond Lantern Parade: Join us as we walk around the pond - highlighted by acoustic music from BSO and other musicians!


Volunteers are welcome!


Spontaneous Celebrations will be hosting monthly meetings in collaboration with the BSO and JP community to gather and plan for future events and activities.
